Way back in the summer of 1989 when our home was still in it's early planning stage, dreams of a white kitchen seemed unrealistic. Then we were guided to Frasier's in Rhinelander. From the moment we walked into your store we knew we wanted to work with you. Creative and well-planned designs were everywhere; along with white appliances and white cupboards! We could hardly believe our good fortune when you agreed to work with us.
Our home is now a reality and our kitchen a source of "pride and joy." Your design makes it functional as well as attractive. Its traffic pattern allows us to entertain any number of guests, who often end up in the kitchen - sometimes even assisting with the cooking!
Raising the height of the bathroom vanities and varying the counter heights in the laundry/office room are also features which add to the comfort of our home.

I enjoyed working with Frasier's Showplace because the staff is courteous and professional. On a personal level, I consider Nancy a friend. She is honest, talented and sensitive to the needs I present. In such small things as reordering new parts for our Thermador stove, when we were not getting response from the suggested service people, I called on Nancy and she expedited immediate service. This was after leaving messages for approximately six months with the service provider. I appreciated the help. Our kitchen project was a relatively small one; however, it included complete redesigning of a small kitchen to include a large Subzero refrigerator and freezer, Thermador stove, and all new Grabill cupboards and pantry. The workmanship and installation work was impeccable and timely, thanks to Kyle, a truly master cabinet person. I spend the majority of my day in my kitchen and have received compliments from all who enter as to design and welcoming atmosphere. We recently decided to all four more drawers to the cabinets installed several years ago. They were installed and were such a perfect match that it is impossible to tell they were not installed at the time of the original construction. We plan to add a new bath in the future and would not consider anyone but Frasier's for creative ideas and expertise in executing the design in our northwoods home. Nancy, we are in process now of having two upstairs bedrooms remodeled by Jeff Forbes, the carpenter who did the walls, floor and stove alcove for our kitchen. We expect in 2002 to plan an additional downstairs bathroom (using a small bedroom area.) I am looking forward to presenting you with another challenge.

(Kitchen) Our remodeled kitchen is everything we could have asked for and more. I was especially impressed when Mr. Frasier, upon visiting our home 3 years later, noticed one of the cabinet doors had warped (so slightly that we had not even noticed.) Mr. Frasier insisted upon replacing it.
